Kate (Meg Ryan) and Charlie (Timothy Hutton) have a perfect life planned out before them: buying a house, marriage, kids, the whole works. Kate's fear of flying keeps her in Canada while Charlie goes to Paris for a medical convention. While there Charlie is smitten by the lovely Juliette (Susan Anbeh). He calls off the wedding with Kate and she nervously boards a plane to get him back. She ends up sitting next to the petty French thief Luc Teyssier (Kevin Kline). He hides a stolen necklace and smuggled grape vine in her bag to get it through customs. Her bag is stolen, the necklace apparently lost, and Kate and Luc head to Cannes — Luc to find the necklace and Kate get Charlie back. Along the way, Kate and Luc begin having feelings for each other — which change the course of their lives.

I love this movie. The scene where Meg Ryan and Kevin Kline first jump in the car stolen in Paris every time you tickle me. While it is berating him for involving her in his (un) adventures, goes to him and see what we lost a wonderful tour of Paris and all the great sights of Paris, to go on the side of the passenger car . The director's love of humor. As for Kline French accent, I studied in France and have a good ear (if I say so myself) and was very impressed with the regional accent Kline ( "path", for example, instead of "us" from "oui"). As for that romantic comedy is a tap, and, of course - I guess that was Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn, that no one has complained?

This is a very typical romcom with a decent performance out of outdated everymouse from Meg Ryan, and other lovable rogue of Kline, with only a few mounts and lots of fun gags. The only objection that the piece would have is that with the wealth of talent available wonderful French, Hollywood accepts only one of its own making in a fairly decent, but occasionally ropey comedy French accent on front. Not that the target audience, but worry because it is easy to see without a brain fun romcom done well.
